Our next meeting is Saturday, 2/26/2011.  We are doing things different this year.

Yeah I know, it’s been a long time since I posted.  It has been a busy time, but I look to change that.  RCWS had their first annual Christmas party and all the members, plus several guests came.

For our latest tasting we decided to do something different and we re-tasted the top rated whiskies from our 2010 tastings.

I know many people who want to start enjoying scotch more, but don’t really know how to start.

Our next meeting will be Oct. 9th.  We will be revisiting the top two winners of each tasting we had this year, for a total of 10.

The Bruichladdich Links series St. Andrews has arrived at the house.  However

I think I found a bottle!!!!

What do I like about Binny’s in Chicago?  Because of their size, they can get some interesting items that other liquor stores cannot.  From what I read, they may be the only store in America selling Armorik, a French Single Malt.

Binny’s is the coolest place to buy liquor, anywhere!!  I was in Chicago over the weekend and I bought
