Our June tasting was attended by 16 people and our theme for the evening was “A Tour of Scotland”.

At the most recent tasting of the River City Whisky Society

On April 15th Mark and I went to Whiskyfest.

Bulleit Bourbon was introduced in 1999 and maintains a growing fan base. It’s most recent introduction, Bulleit Rye, has the taste to follow  in those footsteps.

Another whiskey at our last tasting was The Irishman, 10 year old single malt Irish whiskey.

Glendronach 14 year old was the favorite at our last tasting.

Great stuff for $20.

We had a RCWS meeting/tasting Feb. 26 and tried five whiskies. 

Glenmorangie came out with a new expression from their private edition called Finealta.

So what is the difference between the three? Well, here it is…
