     I love my wife. Why? Well, there are many reasons. The most recent is that she signed us up for a local scotch tasting. No, not me and my River City Whisky Society buddies. Just she and I. And she is not a big fan of scotch. She knows my love for whisky and thought it might be a fun date night. Who am I to argue?!? Read more »

    This whisky is unique in that it is from the southern most whisky distillery in the world. It was distilled in Dunedin, New Zealand shortly after which the distillery was closed. The casks were later bought by the New Zealand Malt Whisky Company and bottled. Read more »

     On February 22 The Wine & Cheese Place in Clayton (MO) hosted an open tasting of Irish whiskey. That is to say that this was not a formal presentation.
