The Crafty Chameleon

Majority Owner Jay Quezada describes the Crafty Chameleon as follows:

The Crafty Chameleon proudly features 40 beers on tap, and 300 bottled/canned beers, and a drink list featuring original house-crafted beer concoctions.

Beginning November 27, The Crafty Chameleon will introduce an exceptional list of whiskeys, priced to encourage guests to try them all, in an environment free of pretension or stuffiness. Try a whiskey flight to develop a drinker’s palette and it may just introduce you to your new favorite spirit.

At the Crafty Chameleon, we do what we know best, beer, wine and whiskey. We let restaurants do what they do best and provide great food.

To give you the best experience possible, you can bring your own food or order from some of the many great restaurants in Ellisville.

We have a special relationship with Windowsills restaurant, which provides great food freshly delivered to your table.

We also have plenty of menus for you from local restaurants. Just ask your server when you arrive.

Our philosophy is simple: great selection of craft beer, constant rotation of draught beer, well poured drinks, reasonable prices, good music, a comfortable setting and great service.

They are located at 1384 Clarkson Clayton Center (63011) and look to have a promising future.

Cheers,

Doug
