     I love my wife. Why? Well, there are many reasons. The most recent is that she signed us up for a local scotch tasting. No, not me and my River City Whisky Society buddies. Just she and I.     This whisky is unique in that it is from the southern most whisky distillery in the world. It was distilled in Dunedin, New Zealand shortly after which the distillery was closed. The casks were later bought by the New Zealand Malt Whisky Company and bottled. Read the rest of this entry »
